In placing an order with Ribbons 2 Roses you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. All purchases are subject to UK law.
All prices quoted on the website are in £ sterling and are inclusive of VAT but not delivery charges (which are added at the checkout stage).
All products can be ordered directly from the website using the shopping basket and online secure payment service.
We reserve the right, at any time prior to our communicating our acceptance to you, to refuse any order or any part of an order, or to require further or better information to enable us to evaluate and/or process the order.
Full payment is required before the Ribbons 2 Roses can dispatch your order.
It is our aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, within 48 hours. During peak times delivery may take a little longer. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.
Some items may be out of stock or perhaps it is a large or bespoke order. In this instance it may take up to 30 days to deliver your goods.
Delivery will be made by either Royal Mail or courier. If your goods arrive in damaged packaging it is your responsibility to fully inspect before taking receipt of them.
Damaged or faulty goods must not be accepted or signed for and Royal Mail should be informed of this fact.
We endeavour to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible. The exception to our delivery promise only occurs if our delivery companies are temporarily unable to deliver due to exceptional conditions that are beyond our control such as bad weather or accidents.
For delivery within the UK Mainland we have set delivery charges of £3.50
If a "signed for" delivery service is required, an additional charge will be requested at the checkout stage, the price will be as per Royal Mail charges.
If you require delivery anywhere outside the UK Mainland we will be happy to provide a quotation.
The fixed delivery cost does not apply to any order requiring delivery outside the UK Mainland – the delivery charge will be based on the delivery location and weight of package.
For overseas deliveries, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. These and any other additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Returns and Refunds
We are sure you will be delighted with your purchases. However, should you wish to return any items, for refund or exchange, please notify us within 48 hours and return the goods, within 7 days, in perfect condition in their original packaging at your expense.
Goods should be returned to Ribbons 2 Roses Returns Department – you will be advised of the return address at the stage you notify us. Please contact us via email of your intention to return your item.
Postage and packaging costs are non-refundable unless items are faulty.
Please obtain a proof of postage.
Ribbons 2 Roses is not responsible for returned items which fail to reach us.
When we receive the returned parcel we will notify you by email and refund your payment.
Refunds will be made for the original purchase amount against the original form of tender.
While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur in pattern design, colours and ribbons.
All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.
You are responsible for the use you make of the products you order. To the extent not prohibited by law, we accept no liability for any loss which is not reasonably foreseeable.
We take all reasonable care to ensure that all our details, prices and descriptions of our items on our website are accurate.
Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.
By using a credit/debit card for your order, you confirm that the card being used is yours.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order, we will not be obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal, and we will not be liable for non-delivery. We are not responsible for your card issuer or banking charges you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.
Only one promotional offer can be used at any one time. Any promotional codes are not valid in sale periods that have already been discounted.
All items are subject to availability.
We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.
We will offer alternative options or refund payment in full.
We treat your information as private and confidential and we will not disclose or distribute any information to other individuals or companies.
Ribbons 2 Roses do not hold any credit or debit card details.
Ribbons 2 Roses asks you, its customer, to supply various personal information when creating an account, placing an order or whilst we are in telephone communication. We use this information only for the purpose of fulfilling your order and from time to time we may send you details of offers and promotions we feel may be of interest to you.
Ribbons 2 Roses takes the security of your transaction information very seriously. We do not hold any credit card details on our server.
PayPal is used as our merchant service because they have the highest standards of electronic and physical security to protect your sensitive data. They protect your privacy and your data will not be divulged to any third party.
