At Ribbons 2 Roses all our customers are valued and treated with the upmost care and respect – simply because that’s how we would wish to be treated. With this in mind we want to ensure your shopping experience from beginning to end is a positive one.
We wish to make your ordering, payment and delivery process as easy as possible.
Delivery
We like to make it very clear from the onset what our charges are:
£3.50 Delivery
Free Delivery on orders over £50.00
For orders outside the UK Mainland please email us for a quote for delivery costs and expected timescales, the calculation of the delivery charge will be based upon where you wish the parcel be delivered and its weight.
We aim to dispatch as quickly as possible, usually within 48 hours. But please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.
Your order will be dispatched using Royal Mail and all parcels will have a certificate of postage. If you require a signed for delivery service please state at the checkout stage and an additional charge will be made for this service.
Payment
Placing your order and payment is easy. Once you have selected what you wish to purchase and have placed these in your shopping basket you will then need to continue to the checkout. We take payments through PayPal, or using a credit or debit card through PayPal. PayPal allows you to complete your transaction using a completely secure connection, none of your payment details will be held by us. Once your payment is complete PayPal will email you a receipt for this transaction.
